CUX Glossary

Chaotic mouse movement

Chaotic movement is a trace of intense and disorganized mouse path during a visit. When the cursor does not seem to follow a logical path or does not indicate a particular thoughtful journey in a relatively short period, we start to mark it as a chaotic movement.

You can track visits with chaotic mouse movement on your CUX dashboard or the Experience dashboard.
